Plaztuff™ Hyspec Polymer sheet is an engineering grade specially formulated M-HMWPE made to our exact specification for the purposes of fabricating a wide range of engineering products in multi applications
Plaztuff™ sheet has been designed as an alternative to steel, stainless steel, aluminium and fibreglass in a wide range of marine applications.
Plaztuff™ is a super lightweight material that exhibits a good combination of stiffness, toughness, mechanical damping ability with good wear and abrasion resistance and can be easily welded.
Plaztuff™ is relatively light with an S.G. of 0.96, approx 1/3 the weight of aluminum (S.G. 2.7) and fiberglass (S.G. 3) and 7 times lighter than stainless steel (S.G. 7.8)
